Botswana

We have operated an office in Botswana for a number of years and closed the office for operational reasons on 31st March 2011. We have, however, not closed our Botswana Company itself as significant opportunities exist for the provision of actuarial and human capital management services in the region.

We have established an affiliation agreement with Mr BS Tsayang, a former Director of our Botswana Company, who now operates his own consultancy firm in Gaborone. We believe that this arrangement is the most viable and operationally efficient approach for JMCA to provide services in the Botswana market.
