We provide consulting advice on all aspects of Fund structure and administration. This includes assisting Trustees in the tender process for service providers where we have no conflict of interest with the potential tenderers.

As consultants, we focus particularly on Trustee training, which we consider a critically important element of Fund management. Our goal is to enable Trustees to make informed decisions regarding their Fund.

In addition, we also:

  • assist Trustees with any communication to members by way of presentations and circulars approved by the Fund;
  • offer regular rebroking and Risk Management of all risk benefits offered by the Fund, in order to minimize costs and maximize benefits;
  • perform secretarial duties for Trustee and other fund meetings, and assist Principal Officers in executing their time consuming duties.
